Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Vocabit mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Tetyana Sinychka ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
You may register an account using email/password, or sign in via a third-party provider (Google, Apple, Telegram). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at ultimate.solutions@icloud.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Vocabit offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store account settings. No refund is provided for the unused portion of a current period.
Where a free trial is offered, unused portions of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you in advance, and the change will take effect at your next renewal date.
You may create and share study sets and other content ("User Content"). By sharing User Content publicly you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it within the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you create. You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates any third-party rights.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding User Content) — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Tetyana Sinychka and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service uses third-party services such as Firebase (Google), RevenueCat, and others. These services have their own terms and privacy policies which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tetyana Sinychka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
