This Privacy Policy explains how Tetyana Sinychka ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Vocabit mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

Category	Examples
Account data	Email address, display name, and profile photo provided when you register or sign in with email/password, Google, Apple, or Telegram. If you use "Sign in with Apple" and choose to hide your email, we receive an Apple private relay address instead.
Learning content	Study sets, cards, saved sets, learning progress, streaks, achievements, and any content you create or share.
Purchase data	Your subscription status. Payments are processed by Apple; we do not receive or store your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements.
Usage & device data	App interactions, feature usage, device type, operating system, app version, language, and diagnostic/crash information, used to operate and improve the Service.
Audio (text-to-speech)	When you use the audio pronunciation feature, the relevant word or phrase is sent to our text-to-speech provider to generate the audio.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and sync the Service across your devices.
• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To process and manage subscriptions and restore purchases.
• To personalize your learning experience and track progress.
• To improve the Service, fix bugs, and ensure security.
• To respond to your support requests.

3. Third-Party Services

We share information with the following service providers only as needed to operate the Service. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting, analytics).
• RevenueCat (subscription management).
• Apple (App Store payments and "Sign in with Apple").
• ElevenLabs (text-to-speech audio generation).

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and associated content, except where we are required to retain certain information by law.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

• Access and update your account information in the app.
• Delete your account at any time: open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and associated data.
• Request a copy of your data or ask questions by emailing us.
• Withdraw consent or object to certain processing, subject to applicable law.

Depending on your location (for example, the EU/EEA or other regions), you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR. To exercise any right, contact ultimate.solutions@icloud.com.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country (including the United States), where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure your data is handled in accordance with this Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
