Alphabit is an app where young children learn the sounds of the English alphabet. We made it so that it knows nothing about you that it doesn't have to. This policy explains how the app handles information.
None. Alphabit has no registration, accounts, ads, analytics or third-party tracking services. The app sends no data to any server and works offline.
Learning progress — finished lessons, collected stickers, how well each letter's sound is known, and settings (sound effects, vibration) — is stored only on your device and is never transmitted. You can delete it with “Start over” in the grown-ups' corner or by deleting the app.
There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Bit's voice is generated by AI in advance and bundled inside the app as audio files; the app does not record or send any voice data.
The app is made for young children. Because we collect no personal data, no information about a child ever reaches us. The grown-ups' corner is protected by a question a young child can't answer, and the app has no links to the web or to other apps.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
